A Greensboro native, Dr. Perini graduated from Greensboro Grimsley High School in 1990. He also graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He completed the Internal Medicine Residency Program, Primary Care Track at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Perini joined Guilford Medical in 2001. He currently serves as medical director for our in-house laboratory. He also serves as an instructor for the Wake Forest University School of Medicine and the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist.
Dr. Perini is married and has two children. He plays soccer and basketball and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
