One of our physicians is on call at all times for emergencies and will have ready access to your medical records. He may elect to advise and treat you by phone, may direct you to meet him at the emergency room, or may refer you to the emergency room physician or an appropriate consultant. Except in dire emergencies, you can help to assure more efficient and effective service by contacting the on-call physician at (336) 621-8911 before reporting to an emergency room. The physician on call is there for your emergency needs. Routine matters and prescription refills should be handled during regular office hours.
