Our telephone is answered by a staff member from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. When calling, you will be forwarded to the voicemail or whomever you want to reach unless that person is immediately available. For calls to the nursing staff, you will always be forwarded to that nurse’s voicemail. When leaving a message, please leave your name, date of birth, phone number and a short message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, usually within 1 hour. Our phones are answered by recorded messages before 8:30am and after 5:00 pm. If you have an emergency during that time, the message will give you further instructions.
